they arnt used to the fact that if you over work your muscles you will hurt yourself. the body has built in limiters to stop you over exerting yourself. they can be stronger if they are lacking the mental prowess to realise this. they would actually damage themselves through exerting this strength. but meh. they are retarded. who cares.
